One more dancehall artiste has turned their back on the secular world and accepted Christ as their Lord and Saviour.
The latest to ‘come over’ to Christendom is Michelle Downer, aka D’Angel. Pastor of the Pure In Heart Ministry Ryan Mark was seen praying for her on his Facebook page under the caption ‘D’angel is now a Christian’.
Prior to his prayer, he had some encouraging words for her as he told her, “Be strong and courageous; do not be afraid or terrified because the Lord your God goes with you, He will never leave you nor forsake you.”
Born in Spanish Town, Downer enjoyed a career in the dancehall industry. She was married to Moses ‘Beenie Man’ Davis and shares a child with him – Marco Dean.
