Divinely Crowned Queens Shine at Tarrant Womens’ Conference

Over 800 women were refreshed, empowered, and spiritually ignited on Saturday, July 12, at the inaugural staging of the Tarrant Baptist Church Women’s Conference.

Held under the theme “Crowned with Purpose: Boldly Radiating God’s Light,” the conference delivered on its promise of a powerful, Spirit-filled experience, featuring dynamic messages from anointed women of God.

It was a full house at the Women’s Conference

Prophetess Anika Shuttleworth, the first of several speakers for the day, got the women fired up as she spoke about the miracle of conception and the struggles to conceive, before assuring that once that seed meets the soil, life would spring forth against all odds. God’s purpose, she said, is in them like a seed planted in a heavenly womb. This purpose, she noted, was planted before they were born and God, the Divine midwife, is now bringing forth something precious from their lives.

Reverend Prophetess Karel Dawes, Senior Pastor and Founder of Holy Living Christian Ministries in Banbury, Linstead, brought a stirring word under the topic, “The Crown Still Fits: Overcoming Insecurity and Shame.” She encouraged the women to wear their crowns of rejoicing with confidence and reminded them of their divine assignment to intercede for every girl and to pray fervently against human trafficking.

Apostle Donna Hussey Stewart followed with a bold charge titled, “Faith Over Fear: Walking into the Unknown with Confidence.” Building on the message before her, she urged the women to recognise the purpose behind their crowns, emphasising that the enemy’s attacks are aimed at destroying the purpose and authority God has placed within them.

The transformative event was organised by the Tarrant-Balmagie Circuit of Baptist Churches in partnership with Freedom Come Ministries International.
