Kevin Downswell has released the visuals for his latest release, ‘My Year’, an upbeat song that brings with it the promise of better days.
The song is a feel good for anyone who is discouraged and thinks that the year is rapidly passing without sight of a breakthrough.
Downswell debunks that with the lyrics in the song:

Downswell over the years has been recording encouraging gems that lift the spirit, easily coming to mind are ‘You Make Me Stronger’, ‘If It’s Not You’, Carry Me’, among others.
In addition to singing, the gospel artiste released his first book in July 2015, entitled ‘The Search Continues… The Journey’.
An accomplished singer, songwriter, and piano player, he was raised on Maxfield Avenue, Waterhouse, and Central Village. Speaking of his upbringing, the singer said in his online bio, “I’ve been at the worst, but here is God taking the worst and exalting it, taking the humble and exalting it. My message is my life; you can never be too low for God! You can never be too poor for God, and you can never do so much that God can stop loving you.”
