Executive director of the Financial Services Commission (FSC) Everton McFarlane has resigned. His resignation follows mounting criticisms over the FSC’s regulatory oversight of financial institutions including Stocks and Securities Limited (SSL) which is currently being investigated for fraud.
McFarlane’s resignation becomes effective on Friday, January 20.
