The jury is yet to decide if US President Donald Trump is firmly on the Lord’s side, but no one can deny that he is standing against the will of Satan on several crucial matters.
President Trump has used his first weeks in office to sturdily shut down the advancement of the gay rights agenda. He has boldly declared that the United States will recognise only two genders, male and female, and will not support gender reassignment surgeries or the popping of puberty blockers down the throats of children, or mandatory vaccination in schools.
The US president also announced that he would stop schools from using federal funds for any curriculum related to “gender ideology or discriminatory equity ideology.”
LGBTQ+ organisations in the United States are bringled and have begun launching legal challenges against the executive orders, with advocacy groups challenging Trump’s order to stop trans people from joining the military.
Social media platforms are overloaded with masses of anti-Trump advocates. Their ferocious voices champion every unrighteous behaviour known and unknown to mankind as they hold nothing back in condemning the things of God.
While Trump supporters applaud his orders, on the global web, he is largely presented as a raging madman, an ‘old ass’ fit for the pound. That God can use anything or anyone for His divine purpose is an alien idea to the spiritually blind. Those whose eyes are open know that this would not be the first time that God would be using an ‘old ass’ to deliver purpose.
The pushback against righteous decisions in the United States underscores the fact that humanity has drifted far from God and has submitted to satanic rule.
Satan knows that there are strong anti-Trump sentiments globally, and he uses this to camouflage truth. Matters such as the deportation of illegal immigrants and the shutting down of USAID and other agencies are presented as the callous moves of a rabid racist against the world’s most vulnerable persons, especially in black and brown nations.
Many Christians have joined the anti-Trump chorus, allowing Satan to cloud their view of Biblical truth and conscripting them into the mission to deceive the sheep, lead them to the highway to hell, and consume them when they least expect it.
Trump is not saved, but many of his recent executive orders are in line with Biblical teachings.
Rebellion against God comes in various forms and intensities. Sometimes it is forthright; at other times it quietly creeps. But when it arrives at its destination, it is disgustingly defiant. Deviant practices like homosexuality, abortion, suicide, and murder, among others, tend to be prevalent. But it also appears as subtle deception, reasonable compromise, half-truths, and the occasional lapse.
Churches are supposed to be hospitals for souls; they are filled with various personalities, many steeped in sin, each at different stages of spiritual growth. Lurking in congregations are Judases, Peters, and even the doubting Thomases, among others.
Do not be fooled; also seated comfortably in the pews are demons wedded to sexual deviance, looking for broken souls, unclear doctrines, and subtle systems of unbelief to infiltrate.
When unsuspecting churchmen and women accommodate foreign-aided programmes that are designed to camouflage unrighteous agendas, they further open the door for the enemy to have his way with congregations.
The dire need for money to fund church programmes and special projects has been the Archilles heel of too many church leaders, who choose not to be dependent on God and are open to compromise.
By accepting the offer of money from governments or international funding agencies like Arcus and the USAID, many churches swallowed the bait, especially during the plandemic, and have been forced into a place of silence. They no longer speak out against unrighteousness; there is no conviction and no power as they are no longer being led by the Holy Spirit, but by the devil himself.
When pulpits are compromised, they take instructions from their funders and not the Holy Spirit. Such churches are unrighteous domains and an open invitation to destruction. Compromised churches are agencies of the kingdom of hell and willing partners in the mission to steal, kill, and destroy.
Whether in private or public and regardless of age and season, the laws of God remain true, right, and applicable, and the penalties for disobedience are always clear. The enemy, who knows the Scriptures well, is determined to make sinning attractive, acceptable, and tolerable. So, through his emissaries, he encourages church members to join secret societies and participate in carnival and other lustful endeavours while claiming to be Christians.
It is written, ‘the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these.’
YOLO! You Only Live Once – is Satan’s clarion call to the young to cast all Godly instructions aside and please the urges of their flesh.
In these last days, unbridled lust and anarchy, including the grotesque manifestations of the homosexual agenda, are the order of the day, breaking through Sunday and Sabbath schools and the education system, convincing our children that there are infinite gender options other than the divine-created order. It is in our governments, private sectors, communities, places of work, families, and even in our churches, covertly and overtly.
Satan knows that God will leave those who resist righteousness to their reprobate minds and ultimate destruction so he seeks out the most vulnerable on the fringes, encouraging them to take the plunge. Compromised church leaders and assailable congregations are in jeopardy.
Not everything that glitters is gold, and not every ‘old ass’ is fit for the pound.
Take a good look at where you are seated on Sabbath or Sunday morning, ask God to open your eyes, and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit.
