Dear Editor,
The arrest of crime is more than arresting the perpetrators. As things stand now in Jamaica, crime is like a hydra; you cut off one head and another springs up to replace it.
The entire body politics of the criminal underworld, which has its own spiritual underpinnings, must be uprooted and cast out of the land and from the people.
This can be done only through the work of honourable men and women through the power of the Almighty God through repentance, redemption, and the working of the Holy Spirit.
Men and women who are compromised and whose legacy is stained with criminality, blood, and linkages to the occult cannot help us out of this mire in which we find ourselves.
Jamaica needs to come to a place of repentance from the top right through to the bottom.
