Natural pain elixir

This ultimate natural painkiller is for all types of pain. Arthritis, period pains, migraines, back problems, cancer with pain. Any pain you can think of, this formula will help you reduce or eliminate it. It is all natural, with no side effects. 

In your blender, add these five ingredients: about four slices of pineapple all cut into bits. Pineapple is being added for one main reason – the enzyme called Bromelain. Bromelain is a super enzyme that cuts through the pain of arthritis and dysmenorrhea. It’s a powerful, natural anti-inflammatory which reduces the sensitivity of your pain receptors and reduces inflammation in every part of your body, plus it tastes great, too, and adds flavour to our mixture.

The next ingredient on the list is turmeric, which contains a yellow pigment called curcumin that gives it that colour that you love in your curry.  Now, curcumin has many health benefits. It improves digestion, improves liver function, boosts your immune system, and of course, it reduces pain. So, we’re going to be adding a quarter pound of raw turmeric to our blender.

Next up is a quarter pound of ginger, and you know that ginger contains gingerol – a very powerful anti-inflammatory that has been tested and shown, like curcumin, to be useful for pain. Both of them are what we call non-selective COX-2 inhibitors, and so they reduce pain, just like aspirin, and ibuprofen, and Cataflam do without the major side effects. Ginger is also useful for your digestion. It’s useful for your joint health, for your skin, and it helps to prevent cancer.

Next is cayenne pepper. Cayenne pepper boosts blood flow, improves circulation, and will enable this mixture to get to every end of your body in rapid time. It also will help if you have poor blood flow such as pain caused by peripheral arterial disease.

The final ingredient we’re adding to this mixture is black pepper infused in hot water. So, I have added to 12 oz of hot water, two teaspoons of black pepper. Now, black pepper contains an important nutrient called piperine. Piperine is very useful to increase the absorption of nutrients from your digestive system. For this formula specifically, it increases the absorption of curcumin in turmeric by 200%.  By itself, black pepper adds flavour to anything you cook. It’s good for your digestion, and improves your skin and your immune system.  Add the black pepper mixture to this as the base liquid.

Blend up this wonderful mixture, strain and store it in an airtight glass container in your refrigerator.

You should get between 12 and 14 ounces of our rich, strong, natural painkiller. Adults can have six teaspoons twice per day.
