Use your talents for God!

Evangelist Williams, who is a Seventh Day Adventist, didn’t spare anyone, including his fellow brethren as he addressed concert patrons on the outside of the Stadium on New Year’s Eve.

“I want to advise all my fellow Seventh Day Adventist Church sisters and brothers who are here this evening; some of you gone to church early this evening, but I want to encourage you, if you are living that lifestyle on the river, on the bank, now is the time to repent. You are dressing like the world; we don’t even know who is the Christian from who is not because my fellow Christians are now dressing like the world, and some of you might well be here in the crowd, but I want to let you know this is not the place for you, my beloved church sisters and brothers,” he admonished.

“Your place to be is on your knees praying for these people here. You should not be joining them celebrating, drinking and eating, you should be praying for them and if you decide that you want to come to Freedom Street, you come out and give some tracts, come and sing some hymns because you people sing so well in church but nobody know about your gifts, nobody know about your gifts that you sang so well in church. I want you to use your gift, your talent to come out and preach and sing the hymns. Sing praises [and] let the people in the world know that Jesus Christ is real, let them know that Jesus Christ is coming soon.”

Evangelist Williams has been to several locations across Jamaica preaching the Word of God. He has captured several of these encounters on his You Tube page, Fresh New Start in Christ. While evangelising, he generally hands out tracts and sometimes encourages commuters as they are on the go. Occasionally, the evangelist is seen seated in a public transportation ministering to persons. He often encourages people to repent and turn from their life of sin before it is too late, but sometimes, he delves into some of the more controversial issues, such as the digitisation of Jamaica and cashlessness, Christmas as a pagan celebration, and commercial sports being of the devil.
