Spiritual food is far more nutritious and better than temporal meals. The Bible tells us clearly that Jesus himself spoke as he rebuked Satan that man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeded from the mouth of God. Remember he is Yeshua Hamashiach, the bread of life. He gives us water so that we will never thirst again as long as we seek him first. Bible tells us in Matthew 6:33, “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all other things shall be added unto you.” Philippians 4 verse 19, “But my God shall supply all your needs according to his riches in glory.”
Be sober and watchful onto prayer. It’s a discipline that is being cultivated right across the globe, because we have approached a crucial season. It’s a season when the warfare against the body of Christ globally has increased. This is not just against the Jews, which is called anti-Semitism. The anti-Semitism tsunami is gathering momentum and it invariably will also spill over into the Christian church because we are inextricably linked. Even churches that foolishly say they have nothing to do with Israel out of ignorance. But Satan knows the truth although he refuses to acknowledge and embrace and live by it. Satan knows Jesus was a Jew.
If ever there is a year when we need to know who we are and whose we are, it is this year because of the wave of attacks that will be leveled at the people of God. Those attacks will not only be confined to foreign nations, but even right here in this nation of Jamaica. Obviously they may not play out or manifest as explosive as we will continue to see globally, but they will come in other ways, more subtle ways.
What they’re trying to do here in Jamaica is to force churches to register separate and apart from their registration which is already in place. This is all because Satan through the state wants to control churches and determine which church remains viable and open and which church does not. They want to determine which preacher, pastor, bishop, evangelist, prophet, apostle and overseer remains viable and legal in terms of their ability to operate. As it was in the time of Jesus, the Antichrist is seeking to take over. A nation such as Jamaica has the most number of churches per square mile. What they are seeking to do is to close many of those churches. How do they do that? By de-registering and de-listing many of the pastors for starters, rendering them persona non-grata. Once that happens then it means that the local assembly or assemblies for which they are responsible would die. Those properties would be taken over by other religious groups. That is why in Europe the Muslims are taking over many of these places and also secular interests. Sanctuaries, church buildings have been turned into skating rink, bars, strip clubs, museums. This is what Satan wants to do. Witches, wizards, and warlocks also would take over those places, and so the nation would become a secular, atheistic, humanistic, liberal society.
