A French man by the name of Paul Poiret shot to fame early in the 20th century as a designer of dresses for the esteemed Parisian couturier, House of Worth. It was while he was cutting and stitching together exotic fabrics for runways that he fashioned the hobble, which became popular around 1909.
This dress style, worn in a variety of beautiful colours by dainty women globally, clasps hips and restricts leg movement and is characterized by its narrow silhouette.
While the hobble made its way over to the 21st century, its popularity fluctuated between occasional seasons of boom and bust. It is worn to church services and parties alike, by women bowing at altars or scrambling on dance floors. The narrowing of the skirt remains a hindrance to those who wear the hobble and many are not able to kneel or mount high steps while clad in the garment.
In recent times, the matter of men of the cloth being frocked or defrocked has been raised within the public discourse. While the jury is still out as to whether or not the frocks in question are hobbles, it is clear that some wearing the garment have been restricted in their spiritual awareness and knock-kneed in their walk towards righteousness.
Priests, in many Christian bodies wear frocks or vestments for a variety of reasons, including symbolism, tradition, and to maintain a sense of dignity and focus during official ceremonies.
In the Bible, the linen frocks that the Levites wore, were consistently associated with purity, righteousness, and holiness. They were not just clothing; they were rich with meaning and represented the priest’s special role and connection to God.
Usually when men are anointed and called to the priesthood, they would be adorned in these frocks in an ordination ceremony.
Today, many of those who wear these frocks are doing so for show, as fashion, since they were never called by God to be priests in the first place. Of those who were called, few were actually chosen, and of those who were chosen, some have lost their anointing because of compromise.
Today, too many compromised men and women continue to wear frocks, holding top leadership positions in churches in Jamaica and the world, leading many unsuspecting congregations astray.
Church leaders have sold out to secret societies and mammon, are playing peek-a-boo with the LGBTQI agenda, and are lustful deviants who refuse to repent and turn away from wickedness. They stand proudly behind the pulpits, but will have hell to face in the judgement.
Many of these leaders operate with dogma and feigned authority that they do not really possess. While spiritually hobbled, they laud it over others by virtue of the fact that they remain frocked, wielding useless titles, and are privileged to hold microphones on Sunday and Saturday mornings.
The very presence of these men and women at the pulpits deny the power of God in the church they lead. They are wedded to man-made doctrines and no longer believe in the Risen Christ, the Sovereign Lord, nor do they honour Him as God. They are propped up and puffed up in their prideful positions in dying organisations, lapping up the services, adoration and offerings of unsuspecting women and children who attend the diminishing congregations they oversee.
It is no secret that the primary mission of compromised leaders is to keep the church locked into the kingdom of darkness to which they subscribe.
It is for this reason that the church in Jamaica, for the most part, seems incapacitated and even dead. Compromised leaders cannot preach the gospel with any sincerity; they cannot evangelise as they are not in any position to bring anyone to Christ as they have no part with Him. They are empty, like an abandoned sepulchre, not even fit for a burial.
Millions of Christians in Jamaica and perhaps in other nations across the globe, are under the shepherdship of these apostates wearing frocks, and are dangerously close to eternal damnation.
Whether by deliberate choice or mere association, many of these frocked apostates support, practise, and offer same-sex blessings. They are spiritual hypocrites, witches, warlocks, and wizards, and agents of darkness posing as children of light.
Many of these apostate bodies embrace freemasonry or claim to have a complex relationship with the lodge. In some of these organisations, leaders hop, skip, and jump around the unavoidable collision between Christianity and the kingdom of darkness. They double as grand masters and members of brotherhoods and preachers of the gospel at the same time. Guidelines for services are set to appease congregations while honouring covert covenants they signed in blood.
This unrepentant sect are accusers of the righteous as they do the bidding of their father, the devil. They are the caricature of a dying goat pretending to be a roaring lion.
These compromised leaders are at pulpits because Satan made it his business to slip into hallowed halls, scatter his seeds, and deliberately embed undercover wolves among the sheep.
Know this, the wheat and tares must grow together until the day of harvest. The tares are wolves, suited in sheep clothing. They talk like sheep, act like sheep, but are not sheep. Their mission is to engender strife among the brethren, fuel discord in and against congregations and maintain a spirit of distrust in the things of God.
Many of these well-heeled wolves are often camouflaged behind entrenched and properly rehearsed rituals to cover their pretence. They are holier-than-thou, overly zealous, ritualistic, strict on principles and unyielding when others err.
Many of these wolves are also cash cows – wielding financial and political power in societies. They demand and are accorded honour in the sanctuaries. But, the people who know their God will not be confused. They are outfitted with the Spirit of Discernment, are fully armoured up and will not be deceived.
Skirts are being lifted and what is being revealed is not pretty.
Know this, if ‘de frock’ doesn’t fit, you must ditch it!
