Aloe Vera’s miraculous properties

What do diabetes, sunburn, arthritis, stomach ulcers, acid reflux, and stretch marks have in common? Congrats!  You’re right if you said   aloe vera is used to treat all of the above.  This amazing plant has been curing many diseases worldwide for centuries.  This miracle healing herb is one of my favourites to treat many conditions: stomach ulcers and acid reflux have been no match for this amazing plant in my 20 years of practice.

STOMACH ULCERS

How do you use aloe vera? Well, for those of you who don’t know, I’m going to tell you.  For stomach ulcers, you simply cut, peel, blend, and make an aloe vera drink and you consume two to three ounces, twice a day for two weeks maximum, and your acid reflux would have improved.  Your stomach ulcer would have improved.

Why? The mucinous gel in the aloe vera coats the lining of your stomach and your oesophagus and protects it from the harsh hydrochloric acid and allows for the healing process to take place in the epithelial lining, without the damaging effect of the acid.  It’s beautiful how it works.

SKIN CONDITIONS AND MAKING HERBAL ALOE

Aloe vera in the same instance can be used to treat constipation as it’s high in fiber. Now, to get rid of the bitter taste, you simply cut the bottom off. Let it stand to drain, peel it, and then wash it. Aloe vera has many applications for skin conditions. Making a herbal aloe gel is useful to treat acne, stretchmarks, sunburns, eczema, dry skin.

How do you make herbal aloe? Simply cut, drain, peel, blend in water, strain and put it in an airtight container and keep it in your fridge. Add a few drops to your skin and massage it into the affected area twice a day.  Alternatively, you can simply just cut, peel, and slice into filet portions and rub it directly onto your skin or face, and go to sleep.  It will be absorbed directly into your skin and begin the healing process.

You can drink herbal aloe juice for your hypertension and it lowers your blood sugar. There have been studies that show that drinking aloe regularly can lower your blood cholesterol.

It is said that Queen Nefertiti attributed her beauty and youthful appearance long into her years to the regular use of aloe vera on her skin. So, do you ladies, or even men, want youthful-looking skin, wrinkle-free, that lasts through the ages? Aloe vera, a daily routine may help to achieve this elusive dream that so many pursue but very few attain.
