Let us pray.
Almighty God, it is in your Holy Name and by Your Holy Spirit we come to pray for our nation.
Father we remain repentant of failing to honoiur you and following your commandments.
We forbid, in the name of Jesus, the spirit of idolatry to be taught to our children by those who are seeking to influence them through social media and in classrooms.
We declare in Jesus Christ’s name that our children will be covered from every evil, locally and internationally. Let Christians arise in Ministry of Education to set policies that are designed divinely by you, O Lord.
Let the Christians arise in our schools and take up their places and lift up the sword which is the Word of God over every institution that you have placed them in individually. We stand with our hands and our hearts in unity. We shut down every evil agenda from over our children, in the name of Jesus.
Father God, we come against every evil agenda in our health system that is coming up against our children, coming up against our citizens at large in Jesus Christ’s name.
Mighty God, where there is no love and care many patients are left to die. Lord God, there are some in the healthcare system who do not care about the preservation of life. Mighty God, we pray that there will be a shift and a removal of those who refuse to change from evil.
Some medical workers do not care about the lives of the sick and lame. Father God, we come against the spirit of death in our hospitals. Mighty God, from Westmoreland, Hanover, right across to Portland and St Thomas, we shut down the spirit of death.
Mighty God, we come against the evil culture that has permeated our country. We come against the evil altars of entertainment that is being risen up over this land. Lord God, we shut them down in Jesus Christ’s name.
The altars of entertainment and the altars of marijuana, the altars of cocaine that are rising up, we shut them down. The altars of gyrating and revelry that are rising up, we shut them down in the name of Jesus. The altars of shacking up and concubinage , we shut them down in the name of Jesus.
Mighty God, every evil altar of abortion, we shut down in the name of Jesus. Mighty God, every evil culture, we stand against with the blood of Jesus.
We declare in Jesus Christ’s name that only righteousness shall rule over this nation. Only righteousness, righteous lifestyle, holy living, mighty God shall reign in this nation of Jamaica. We come against every evil agenda in the printed and electronic media.
Lord God, we come against the spirit of sexual immorality and nudity. Mighty God, clean up the Broadcasting Commission of Jamaica. Mighty God, we pray that one with moral standards and principles shall take the helm in Jesus Christ’s name.
Father God, we pray that the Christians in this institution will arise and be the light and salt and lead this organisation and the entities it oversees out of darkness.
Mighty God, we cry out to you for our nation. We need you more than ever, Father, have mercy on us, we pray, in Jesus Mighty Name.
