Dear Intercessor
I am so happy I have this forum to reach out to, as I am in desperate need of intercessory prayers. I have been praying, but I know that where one and two are gathered, there is strength in numbers.
I have been facing a situation that I feel is uncrossable, and I crave your prayers. Lately, it seems that my prayers have been going to the ceiling and bouncing back to me. I feel overwhelmed and in need of strength. I have a brother who refuses to believe that he is sick. He has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and has had to be hospitalised. He was there for about three weeks and was released no better than when he went in. The doctors say they can’t keep him as they have no idea how long it will take before they see any improvement. We will have to find a way to get him to the mental health clinic, as they can’t promise that anyone from the unit will visit him. As she explained on the designated day, they have over 100 patients to see, and to leave them for one person is not feasible. The trouble is, without any assistance at all, we had to use force to get him admitted in the first place. He resists any effort to help, and on the same day he was released from the hospital, he had not taken his medications in the evening. We do not have the manpower to force him to.
We are staring at a bleak picture, as right now my relatives and I feel stuck and helpless. We have no idea what will happen to him, as we just do not have the resources to seek private care. Also, his sickness caused him to walk off his job, which leaves the question of how to fund his food and other things that will crop up.
I really need you to storm the throne of heaven on our behalf.
